Jade

THE ANTHROPOLOGIST

Jade is the oldest of five siblings and strives to be a role model for her family and others. Jade joined the Attollo program her junior year of high school to find a support system of like-minded individuals with similar goals and aspirations. As an Attollo Scholar, Jade led our presidential mock debate by portraying Mitt Romney, was the first scholar to complete the Rubik’s cube, and served as one of Attollo’s student ambassadors. Upon graduating from high school, Jade’s passion for life sciences led her to American University, where she studies anthropology.

After receiving her bachelor's degree, Jade plans on expanding her experiences helping others. Jade's passion for service work emerged in high school through a class called Literature of Service. Jade has had the opportunity to work with three different non-profit youth organizations, including a summer internship with Attollo.  As an intern, Jade learned valuable lessons in leadership, public speaking and confidence building, skills that will transfer to her professional life.
