How to build “Focus Stamina”

With this year's theme being "Marathon" let's talk about ways to strengthen the mind. We all know that students start their day off with a certain level of "focus stamina”. Over time this can be increased and improved. To help build that stamina, just give yourself about 30 minutes to do nothing but work on a specific task. As that time passes, see how long you can maintain focus before actually stopping, whether it's simply a few more minutes or another hour. Repeat this process and you'll see that you're able to focus on a single task much better than before.
