Erin McMonagle - Director of Curriculum Development


Erin was born and reared in Lancaster County where her love of education began. Erin attended the University of Pittsburgh where she earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Studio Arts. While attending Pitt, Erin seized the opportunity to study abroad in London where she enjoyed a teaching internship. After graduation Erin spent a year learning, traveling, working, and exploring Australia and New Zealand. Upon retuning to Lancaster, Erin began working one-on-one with children and their families in Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services. Erin worked with elementary through high school students implementing intervention strategies and promoting appropriate behaviors during the school year and worked as a therapeutic camp coordinator creating curriculum, supervising, and facilitating during the summer. Erin returned to the classroom, this time as a student, completing a Post-Baccalaureate Teaching Certification at Millersville University. As Director of Curriculum Development Erin works to create and facilitate engaging and effective activities and learning opportunities that promote the growth of the whole student and foster skills that will transfer to a fulfilling and impactful adult life.
